One evening paid homage to Delmonico’s in New York City, widely recognized as one of America’s first fine dining establishments. The menu featured classics like Ribeye “Delmonico,” Lobster Newberg, Oysters Rockefeller, potato casserole, and jumbo asparagus, all paired with wines selected to complement the richness of the cuisine.

Another evening celebrated Emeril’s New Orleans with bold Creole flavors and iconic dishes including Creole Barbecue Shrimp, Blackened Snapper, and Veal “Tchoupitoulas,” followed by a Bananas Foster-inspired dessert that closed the night on a memorable note.
