Beth Slossberg served as our real estate broker for our new dwelling at Boca West. This was not a simple transaction.  We had agreed to purchase a unit in Bridgewood which was subsequently found to have water damage and mold infestation by our home inspector who was recommended by Beth.  Imagine our surprise and disappointment in being involved in such a difficult situation.  Beth navigated the waters eventually leading to a release from our contract on closing day.  She was instrumental in both providing a release as well as returning our substantial security deposit.  We put a bid on another unit in Boca West on the same day which was accepted within 24 hours.  We cannot recommend any one more involved, informed and friendly as Beth and Boca West Realty for future friends and clients looking for a hard working, communicative and understanding realtor.
