Hello Mr. Linderman,

My name is Wendy Liebowitz, and my parents recently moved into Boca West.

I had my own Realtor who showed us King’s Point, but I made an appointment with Boca West Realty to see the layouts available. Mallory McCabe understood my parents weren’t ready to buy yet, but she took the time to show us four units in different buildings and within my parents’ price point. When we saw the Lakeside unit (900 building, #912), it was too good to be true with 1st floor, deeded parking spot, personal entrance from outside, bright, move in ready condition (a few repairs needed, but nothing major), washer/dryer and 2 patios… and for $30,000…. we jumped on it!

Mallory worked with Chris Hammers to talk through our offer, to accommodate the $70k membership price and condo purchase price, with repairs.

Our family is so happy, and largely because of Mallory’s help. She walked us through the extensive application process, provided us access into the unit to get estimates with contractors, answered all our questions in an extremely effective and quick manner, and worked with the HOA for necessary repairs before closing. I do not think a real estate agent outside of Boca West could have been this effective.

Lastly, Mallory’s kindness is what stands her apart. She treated my parents and I like we were buying a million dollar condo. I know we were small clients, but it didn’t feel that way. You should know, because of her customer experience, I tried to recruit her to work for me as a financial adviser! She declined because she loves her job.

After closing, Chris Hammers came by to say hello and see the unit. He also was extremely kind and generous with his time and renovation suggestions.

The membership office (Leslie Kennedy and Amber Russo), have been very helpful, and Simone Talaia at the Lakeside HOA has been responsive to questions too.

Also, Julie Knutson at Hotwire has been terrific to work with.

This Boca West experience has been terrific so far, and I’m so impressed with all the ZOOM events scheduled during this Covid pandemic.

Boca West is a class act, and I’m so grateful that Mallory was our first introduction to the amazing lifestyle that Boca West has to offer my parents.  



I’ve already started looking at the Oakbrook houses for sale for myself….maybe in 10 years when my husband and I retire….but we will call Mallory then!
