Master Association at Boca West
Boca West Master Association was created in 1991. The Master Association manages the community’s facilities which are owned by the membership. The decision-making process is directed by a 7-member Board of Governors which is elected by the general membership. This governing board is responsible for:
- Maintenance of the common areas and lakes, including landscaping, signage, lighting,
walking paths, common area buildings, and common roads.
- Security access control, including the entrances to Boca West
- Traffic Control
- Interface with PBSO Sheriff Deputies
- AMR Emergency Services located on common area
- Architectural control & oversight of all exterior alterations (after the specific village’s approval)
- Liaison with government officials and the community at large
- Newsletter publication, website, and welcome packet
